In our carpentry department, we carry out meticulous work around the cutting, sanding and subsequent preparation of the wood.

The cutting of the wood is the basis of the entire process. We accurately measure and plan each piece of timber to determine the appropriate cutting size and angle according to the design requirements and actual needs. During the cutting process, the operator strictly controls the use of cutting tools to ensure that the cutting surface is smooth and smooth, and minimizes the waste of wood. We used sandpaper of different thicknesses and sanded it gradually from coarse to fine. In the sanding process, pay attention to the uniform treatment of the wood surface to avoid local over-sanding or under-sanding. For some corners and details, we are doubly careful to strive for perfection. Through patient and meticulous polishing, the surface of the wood becomes smoother and more delicate, and the texture is also improved, creating good conditions for subsequent assembly work.
